Fill out a Facility Use Request form to request to use the School Gym, Multi Purpose room, or Cafeteria. The Gym and Multi Purpose Room calendars are displayed below.  Turn in the form and payment to the HS Secretary for use of the Gym and to the Elementary Secretary for use of the Multi Purpose room. For a weight room key, please contact the HS Secretary.
